Application Support Engineer
Job Description
Role: Application Support Engineer.
Location: Atlanta GA (hybrid) from DAY 1
Job Description / Skills required:
+ 6+ years of Software development/ Application support experence
+ PCF/K8S knowledge
+ Splunk, Grafana •
+ Understanding of REST/ SOAP APIs
+ Strong knowledge on Tier 1 support (production issues and Non-Production issues)
+ Hands-on coding with one of the open-source tools for Automation, Innovation.
+ Able to quickly analyze and find the root cause of issues and suggest for a fix/improvement
+ Contribute/ develop Java/Spring boot application, Slack BOT, Splunk dashboards, alerts as needed to improve the customer experience.
Desirable:
Telecom domain experience/ knowledge
+ Experience in Order management/ Sterling suite
+ Development Experience – Java, Python
Soft Skills
+ Good Communication skills
+ Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Self-driven and out-of-box thinking
