We're Hiring: Application Support Analyst!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert support for both on-premise and cloud-based (Azure) financial applications.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, write and execute TSQL queries, and contribute to system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and help guide the development of new software implementations.
• Write and develop X++ code to customize, enhance, and integrate systems within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Design and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring code stability and system functionality.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, release notes, and test case results.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to evolving challenges.
• You have at least one year of application support experience and a strong understanding of system administration.
• You’re comfortable working with code (specifically X++), databases, file systems, and integrations.
• You’re a proactive communicator, keeping teams informed of deadlines, status updates, and solutions.
• A general understanding of financial tools or ERP systems is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
