Job Title:
Proposal Operations Analyst
Support and triage the intake and processing of RFx support requests for a global RFx team across AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions.
Conduct preliminary review of RFx documents for key information, requirements, response due dates, and other milestones and validate against Go/No Go criteria, support model, and intake procedures. Assist with the coordination of work assignments for the bid team.
Support the global RFx team with the the coordination of public sector requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and other public sector procurement documents and unsolicited proposals for SaaS/PaaS solutions.
Support multiple RFx analysts and bid managers with response plan and schedule, and various assigned duties and activities across the phases of the response development process.
Coordinate and co-create content updates to the RFx boilerplate content repository and library of completed responses.
Coordinate/support/contribute to a prioritized list of process documentation updates.
Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment, working with a sense of urgency.
Work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal team members and business partners.
Required Skills & Experience:
A few years of experience in a proposal support, operations support, or project support role
A few years of experience in the technology consulting industry supporting responses for government organizations
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Suite (Gdocs, Gsheets, Gchat)
Self motivated to excel in a remote position collaborating effectively with a remote team; possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Desired skills:
Understanding or experience using CRM applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft, or Oracle is highly desired or other, similar cloud-based solutions.
Proven experience with RFPio or similar proposal management software.
