Qualifications:
The title is Senior Asset Management Analyst. Job Summary Oversees information technology (IT) hardware and software assets through the entire asset lifecycle under the direction of management. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. The level of work is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision.

Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. The level of work is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the single repository for all Bank IT assets
- Assists with minimizing organizational costs and maintaining operating efficiency through asset management and tracking
- Receives, controls, tracks, reconciles and certifies ownership of bank assets
- Supports the allocation and management of technology costs for the Bank
- Develops and manages the disposal process and physical dispose of all Bank IT assets (including legal hold assets)
- Deploys/handoffs exception machines to end users and IT assets for deployment
- Performs reclamation of software and hardware assets
- Coordinates and oversees the purchasing of wireless assets for the Bank
- Serves as the central point of contact for wireless vendors and IT assets
- Serves as lead / administrator for IT asset tools and programs (i.e., Asset Tracking tools, Asset Liaison program, etc.)
- Conducts annual and quarterly- asset reviews
- Creates, maintains, implements and evaluates IT asset standards, procedures and systems
- Secures IT assets in the IT storage rooms (including legal hold assets)
- Leads medium to large project driven deliverables including creating and maintaining project schedules, project risks, and facilitating project discussions
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience as noted below
- 3-5 years direct work experience Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in Asset Management tools and processes
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Software License Schemes with various editors (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, etc.)
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification or equivalent knowledge of the key elements, concepts, and terminology used in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and product development
- Knowledge and ability to use software systems such as Word, Excel, Power Point and email
