What we need…
This position will serve as a COCC Application Specialist, involving COCC solutions and a wide range of third-party vendors. The team is responsible driving API integration projects within our core processor product, and will provide ongoing client support to the related API integrations. Project management and technical skills are needed to be successful in this role, and the new team member will work in a collaborative group while owning projects independently.

What you’ll do…
- Manage internal service portal including review and assignment of new requests.
- Write/Review/Enhance internal documentation and implementation procedures.
- Serve as the API/Integration implementation liaison for clients, third party providers, and COCC business unit(s)
- Facilitate team meetings/huddles including documentation and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Assist with automation efforts including but not limited to API versioning, product billing and reporting.
- Participate in the business continuity/disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
- Attend industry training programs, technical training classes and other educational programs
What you’ll bring…
- Experience with SmartSheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, Sharepoint, PostMan
- Experience with application programing interfaces (API) including SOAP and REST
- Experience with web services framework
- Ability to understand network, security, and software stack concepts
- Experience with API Management Platforms a plus
- COCC INSIGHT or FISERV DNA experience a plus
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of relational database, a plus
Salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000
