Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: DOE

Must Have:

• Application Maintenance experience for JDA TMS and support responsibilities on a rotation/schedule basis.
• Knowledge of all the TMS modules like (master data, financials, load plan, build) and workflows (planning, financials, tendering, shipment creation)
• Ability to learn and support technical expertise associated with inbound and outbound data to TMS application
• Good knowledge on java and SQL.
• Strong communication skills & Strong team player.
• Good knowledge on system logs, including enable debug level system logs, gather logs for specific servers, logs for TM and TP (including TP architecture, parameter, strategy file knowledge) and understand how to diagnose rating results and tariff selections
• JDA web version and not legacy client version

• JDA connect architecture knowledge
• Overview of JDA connect integration adapters and message broker systems
• Understanding of GS1 standards
• At least one implementation or support experience in environment where JDA connect is used
