ABOUT THE POSITION

Craft, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Dive into complex problems, resolving them promptly and providing support for production systems.
Uphold coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Engage stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and proposing innovative approaches.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Implement and maintain automated testing processes for software functionality and performance validation.
Tackle technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks head-on.
Leverage version control systems like Git for efficient code management and team collaboration.
Drive continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline software builds, testing, and deployment.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents and API specifications.
Foster effective collaboration across project teams, including project managers, business analysts, systems analysts, and QA.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices.

Position Requirements:
3+ years of experience in C#/.NET framework, developing scalable and high-performance applications.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, encompassing database design, stored procedures, and T-SQL querying.
Solid grasp of database normalization, indexing, and query optimization techniques.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Experience with TriZetto/Cognizant Facets architecture and data model is advantageous.
Knowledge of API design and development, including REST and SOAP, is a plus.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a team environment.
Sound judgment, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
