Responsibilities:
- Support the governance execution related to documents, records, policies, standards, and process improvements
- Partner with leaders and organizations across the enterprise to drive adoption and adherence to the processes and controls supporting the governance
- Own and manage the documents records related to policies and standards
- Partner with standards owners to identify revisions to the relevant documents and ensure the revisions are delivered and socialized as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and processes
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of a defined project which requires engagement from varies key stakeholders both within the team and outside
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution
- Coordinate and facilitate the program routines e.g. kick-off, program reviews, status review, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Plan and coordinate program delivery and dependencies across multiple value streams
- Responsible for providing status updates for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
- Measure the program success and review the metrics with stakeholders and leadership
- Support governance and oversight processes for managing alignment to strategic goals
- Work effectively in a matrix organization with teams of architects and engineers with minimal supervision
- Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with and influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives
Requirements:
- Extensive process governance and execution background combined with excellent communication skills and organizational ability
- Experience with process governance, refinement, and execution
- Experience with project delivery across a matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior levels of management
- Extensive experience with process governance and process execution
- Experience of delivering risk-focused projects and programs
- Experience with a large-scale organization (preferably Financial Services), demonstrating appropriate contextual knowledge
