About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Application Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting application issues, specifically within ServiceNow (SNOW) and eRx platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and documenting SNOW requests, managing user accounts for eRx, and providing timely resolutions or updates to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and document SNOW requests efficiently and accurately.
- Manage account administration for eRx platforms, ensuring proper user access and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Provide clear and consistent updates to customers regarding the status of their requests or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of application issues, resolutions, and requests to ensure accurate documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve application performance and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating and documenting SNOW requests.
- Familiarity with account management processes for eRx platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.
- Knowledge of eRx or similar electronic prescription systems.
