The company is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join their team, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances for their clients.
The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and various other home appliances. The candidate should have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and should have strong troubleshooting skills. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow a systematic approach to repair appliances.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing a range of home appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other appliances
- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and install for appliances according to manufacturer's specifications
- Providing accurate quotes and estimates to clients for the repair work required
- Ordering and sourcing necessary parts for repairs
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and parts used
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed about the status of repair work
- Providing recommendations to clients on maintenance of their appliances
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- General Liability Preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in appliance repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Living currently in the U.S
