• Maintain records of estimates and completed repairs for billing and reporting purposes.
• Monitor parts availability and pricing to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns regarding estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancemnts in appliance repair to provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appliance repair, estimating, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of appliance parts, labor, and repair processes.
