APP - Urgent Care Manager - TidalHealth

TidalHealth in partnership with Your Doc’s In is seeking a Lead Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) that will be responsible for the overall operations of the Your Doc’s In midlevel team with the priorities of ensuring quality care, patient and provider satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, appropriate staffing/scheduling requirements and practice development. The lead mid-level provider is an experienced clinical leader with exceptional communication and management skills who is committed to the highest level of patient care.

Schedule

• May be assigned to, day, evening, or weekend shifts or a combination per departmental policy.
• Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.
• Required to work weekends per unit need.
• Expected to work past shift end on occasion.

Compensation range for this opportunity listed below

• Minimum: $139,000
• Maximum: $172,000

Key Qualifications

• Five years’ experience practicing in an Urgent Care setting preferred. Will consider Emergency Department, Critical Care or Family Practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Major: BA or BS, Graduate of an accredited AMA Physician Assistant program.
• MSN or DNP required. Major: Nursing, Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of MD
• Board certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (either NP or PA-C).
