APP for Telehealth - Duly Health and Care

Overview:APP for Telehealth on weekends and evenings. Will be treating adult and pediatric patients. Patients will be seen for acute visits, injuries, illness, rashes, and general patient concerns.Responsibilities:

As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:

Additional information on the role:

• This position provide afterhours telehealth clinic coverage for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. 
• Hours are 5-9p Mon- Fri, and 8-5 Sat and Sun

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous Experience (1+ years) in Family Medicine (Adult and Peds), acute care, or similar setting.
