APP for Telehealth - Duly Health and Care

Overview:Full time position to work video visits Monday through Friday 5-9 and Saturday and Sunday 8-5, the weekends can be alternating.APP for video visits for family medicine, include adult and pediatric patients. Patients will be seen for acute illness, rashes, injuries, and health related concerns.Remote opportunity possible.Responsibilities:

As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:

Additional information on the role:

• This position provide afterhours telehealth clinic coverage for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. 
• Hours are 5-9p Mon- Fri, and 8-5 Sat and Sun

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous Experience (1+ years) in Family Medicine (Adult and Peds), acute care, or similar setting.
