To support our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider at our Liberty Township Care Center in Butler County north of Cincinatti.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, specializing in the management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Duties

• Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - 10-15 pts/day
• Outpatient consults/follow-ups

Candidate Skills, Certifications and Requirements

• Active NP/PA license in the state of Ohio
• Certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority
• 1+ years of GI experience required
• Specific expertise or background in gastroenterology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) required
  
• Ability to build strong working relationships with the healthcare team
• Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and teammates
