Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management and estimation while contributing to the successful completion of construction projects. Scopes of Work: Assist in the management and coordination of various scopes of work, including mass excavation, mass grading, underground utilities, stormwater sewer lines, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:

Project Support: Assist Project Managers and Estimators in all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.

Cost Tracking: Assist in tracking project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.

Schedule Management: Monitor project schedules and assist in identifying and addressing potential delays or conflicts.

Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address project-related issues and concerns.

Quality Control: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds project specifications.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Scopes of Work: Assist in the management and coordination of various scopes of work, including mass excavation, mass grading, underground utilities, stormwater sewer lines, and other related tasks.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process improvement and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in construction management and estimation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in construction, project management, or estimation is a plus but not required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
