Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to address business problems in various industry verticals.
- Create approach notes, roadmap and product comparison/fitment matrix for the customer requirements
- Drive Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) evaluation on interoperable technology platforms
- Train and mentor developers towards solution development and POC/POT execution
- Support presales engineering activities for Apigee and other API Management RFPs
- Design and implementation of Apigee based Big Data solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable components.
- Experience for managing the full life-cycle of Apigee/API Management solution. This includes creating the requirements analysis, the platform selection, design of the technical architecture, design of the application design and development, testing, and deployment of the proposed solution.
- Minimum 10 years of solid IT consulting experience in integration and cloud related technologies
- Using API Management technology and customer's business requirements design and document a comprehensive technical architecture.
- Using business SLAs and a technical architecture calculate performance and volumetric requirements for infrastructure components
- Design an architecture using cloud and/or on-premise technology
- Plan and execute a technology proof-of-concept (POC) using API Management products
- Experience in handling the Structured and Unstructured data using NoSQL (Any tools, best practice & Industry trends), REST/JSON, and node.js
- Most of Java/J2EE, Linux, Apache, PHP, PEARL, Python, C, C++
- Apigee Edge, Apigee Analytics (Insights), node.js, Web Services or similar API Management tools
- NoSQL databases – Cassandra, Mongo DB
- Integration technology [Any] (IBM, TIBCO, Mule Soft etc)
- Thorough in Web Services and Restful design and development (Any tool)
- Detailed knowledge of RDBMS data modeling and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management and systems development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies is plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
