Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AP Supervisor to join our finance team. This position will oversee the full cycle of our Accounts Payable process, maintaining accurate and current vendor account information, and ensuring all invoices are correctly coded and approved. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel and other products, and have the ability to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including 2 and 3 way matching, weekly check runs, and vendor payment schedules.
Maintain accurate and current vendor account information, resolving any discrepancies related to Accounts Payables.
Ensure all invoices contain required approvals, are coded correctly, and have all of the supporting documents.
Handle Expense Reimbursements, Match Purchase Request and Purchase Orders, and Payment and Credit Memo Applications.
Perform vendor reconciliations and manage the 1099 process.
Manage, lead, and support a team of staff up to 3, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Participate in Month End Close, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial reports.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, including the use of VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on full cycle AP and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables) and other products (Outlook, Word).
Experience with Concur, Great Plains, and Business Central.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and supporting a team.
Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
Commitment to accuracy and a high level of precision in all tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
