AP Specialist at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company within the energy industry located in Waltham, MA that is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist.  Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start as soon as possible.  

The responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist will include but will not be limited to:

• High volume invoice processing
  

• Resolve invoice discrepancies 
  

• Wire transfer payments or checks
  

• Comply with SOX policies and procedures
  

• Maintain accounts payable file system

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Specialist should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• 1+ years previous accounts payable experience 
  

• High attention to detail
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Experience using Oracle software is a plus

Compensation package: $55K + Bonus
