Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract AP Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume processing, 3-way matching, and experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and SAP. This is a contract position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Conduct 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close processes and accruals
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with audits and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and SAP
- Strong knowledge of high-volume processing and 3-way matching
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with manufacturing industry a plus
