We’re looking for an AP Specialist to play a key role in managing our clients accounts payable process. As an AP Specialist, you’ll ensure bills are paid accurately and on time, helping keep financial operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do as an AP Specialist:

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies in the AP Specialist workflow.
• Review and prepare payments, including checks, ACH, and wires.
• Maintain vendor files and assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Work with team members to streamline AP Specialist processes and support audits.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as an AP Specialist or in an accounts payable role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines.
