We are currently seeking an AP Specialist for our client located in Brea. This position will be working onsite.

- Responsible for processing the AP invoices, including 2/3-way matching and purchase orders
- Entering the invoices in the Great Plains accounting system
- Set up the vendor files and maintain the records
- Handle the vendor management, research and discrepancies
- Print the aging reports to verify payment dates
- 2+ years of full cycle AP processing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
