Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client, a national healthcare company, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in California. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a very fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization. HYBRID SCHEDULE.
Responsibilities
- Match, batch, code, and enter invoices accurately into the system.
- Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Research and obtain necessary approvals for invoice discrepancies or adjustments.
- Process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in various accounting tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or higher degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift hours.

Additional Details
Competitive pay ranging from $26 to $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
