Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
• Invoice Processing: Handle 70+ invoices daily using our accounting software (NetSuite) and ensure accuracy in billing and monthly balancing.
• General Ledger Review: Create journal entries and resolve discrepancies in vendor statements through thorough research and communication.
• Regulatory Compliance: Calculate and submit state forms for CRV/Excise Tax/Spirit Tax and more.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with colleagues and supervisors, maintaining clear and respectful communication.
• Maintain Order: Keep your workspace tidy and demonstrate flexibility in responding to organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable processing, preferably in a digital format.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and NetSuite.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer Service Mindset: Deliver quality service through effective communication in person, via phone, email, and in writing.
