As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our client's financial operations running smoothly across our portfolio of properties (as they are a property management company).

From processing invoices to reconciling accounts, your work will ensure our vendors and partners are paid accurately and on time. The position would pay based on experience, but could range between $55,000 - $67,000 / year.

What You’ll Do

• Matching & Posting ACH Payments: Accurately review, match, and post automated clearing house transactions for multiple entities.
• Resolving Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Processing Real Estate Taxes: Manage and process property tax payments, ensuring timely and accurate submission across various jurisdictions.
• Invoice Processing: Review, code, and enter invoices while ensuring proper allocation across multiple entities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Required: 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in property management or with multi-entity operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Experience with MRI Software and AvidXchange is a plus!
• Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for accuracy and thrive on keeping things organized.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and team members.
• Team Player: You’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy working collaboratively.
