Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkJob Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure invoices are processed and paid according to company policy. You will resolve or answer any problems or questions relating to accounts payable.
Responsibilities
+ Match invoices to online POs in an accurate and timely manner
+ Enter non-PO invoices accurately and promptly
+ Review invoice entries for accuracy
+ Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy
+ Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers
+ Review, enter, and process at least 200+ invoices per week
+ Manage purchase orders
+ Check returns and voids
+ Communicate with vendors and call remittance addresses
+ Handle ACH setup requests

Work Environment
This role reports to the Senior AP Manager on a team of 37+. The position requires being onsite 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week, with mandatory onsite days on Mondays and Fridays. The state-of-the-art facility in Blue Bell, PA includes a gym, which temporary consultants will have full access to.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
