AP/Billing Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

AR/Collections/AP/Payroll Specialist -Contract/Contract to hire-Immediate Start!

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in AR, Collections, AP, and Payroll, experience in the legal field+.

**Responsibilities:**

- Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections.

- Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification and vendor payments, reconciliations.

- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

- Utilize knowledge of billable hours to effectively manage client billing and collections.

- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts as needed.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

- Experience in a law firm environment highly desired.

- Strong understanding of billing processes and compliance requirements.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Location:** Onsite

**Salary:** $37-$43 Hourly
