AP/AR Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Ledgent is now hiring for a mid-level AP/AR Specialist to join a growing accounting team in New London County! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, perfect for a numbers-driven, focused, collaborative individual looking to make their next career move!

Responsibilities:

• Process external invoices & ACH payments daily
• Weekly check runs
• Investigate & resolve vendor issues promptly
• Analyze AR aging reports & resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in AP/AR
• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
• Proficient in ERP systems & Excel
