One of our clients in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk. They are looking for a candidate who has a willingness to learn, is organized, and can multitask. They are also a family owned company.
Job Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Review inventory reports.
- Update offline schedules
- Posting transfers from warehouse to warehouse.
- Assign inventory control numbers.
- Compile data from invoices, reports, and requisitions to maintain inventory, purchasing, or other records.
- Prepare documents for new supply items.
- Complete paperwork and verify quantities returned, analyze returned products to determine if product should be disposed of.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented and organized
- Inventory experience is a plus.
- Basic Excel skills
- Great attitude
