AP/AR Clerk - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

About the Job
Duties -
- Handle general office responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing mail, and managing filing systems.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Record and organize information, process documentation, and manage filing tasks.
- Prepare financial documents, including checks, deposits, budgets, and reports.
- Update ledgers and resolve discrepancies through research and analysis.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Address and resolve vendor, client, and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting Department.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks (Desktop), and Excel
- Starting salary up to $50K
