AP Administrator - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a team player mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, ensuring all appropriate documentation and approval is received.
- Perform the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain vendor files and correspondence with vendors regarding inquiries and discrepancies.
- Perform month end duties as required.
- Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Liaise with other departments and vendors regarding invoices, expenses, and other queries.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Aid in streamlining, improving, and automating the accounts payable process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Administrator.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software, preferably [Software Name].
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
