About the Job
Madden Industrial Craftsmen has teamed up with a Tualatin business to find a skilled AP/Admin Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, excel in multi-tasking, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
AP/Administrative Duties:
Perform general accounting duties utilizing QuickBooks, including accounts payable, bank/credit card/vendor statement reconciliations
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Reconcile the accounts payable and credit card accounts to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Answering phones & general customer service
Manage office supply and ordering
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
AP/Administrative Qualifications:
Previous QuickBooks experience (2+ years preferred)
Proven experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
