Complete Development Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for numbers and a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, this role offers the opportunity to grow and contribute to our financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts payable.

- Accounts Payable Management: Process and verify invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Expense Tracking: Assist in maintaining accurate records of company expenses and reconcile discrepancies as necessary.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain organized records.
- Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and answer payment inquiries.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure all records align with company standards.
- Administrative Support: Provide general support to the accounting team, including filing, document preparation, and responding to inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
