Minimum Qualifications: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties & responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
Education & Certifications: 2 or 4-year college degree with an accounting emphasis required. Additional years of experience may offset a portion of the educational requirement.
Experience & Background: Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting functions (A/R, A/P, G/L, C/R, account reconciliations and analysis).
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to use Microsoft Excel & Word required.
Excellent planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail & accuracy in work project.
10-Key experience required.
Good oral & written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Ability to work both well independently and as part of the team.
