Anterior Segment Surgeon Position in Miami, FL Metro Area
Eye Surgery Associates (http://www.browardeyedoctors.com) is seeking an Anterior Segment Surgeon to join our practice. A cornea fellowship trained candidate would be very successful in the role as well. Cornea fellowship training is not required. This position is inheriting the patient base of two busy retiring surgeons one who was an experienced cornea fellowship trained physician focused primarily on progressive advanced technology cataract and refractive surgery, and another a very busy anterior segment surgeon and original founding member of the group retiring after 40 years. There is an abundance of cataract surgery needed to be performed, and the practice has a 60%+ conversion rate for femto and ATIOLs as well.
We have offices in Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Boynton Beach Florida as well. This is a full-time employed position, likely working from our brand-new spacious Pembroke Pines location.
We offer a very competitive base income, quarterly bonuses, full benefits, CME, paid relocation, matching 401k, etc. This is a very lucrative role with significant upside financial potential from the practice and equity sharing options from the national platform of the practice’s management company as well.
