Annual Giving Officer - Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Philanthropy, this position is an essential member of the Foundation team and will be responsible for organizing all aspects of annual giving, as well as assisting with events and the maintenance of donor data integrity. The Annual Giving Officer will play a key role in soliciting both current and prospective donors, with emphasis on planning and executing a multi-channel direct response fundraising program. This role requires the ability to create and edit written content across deliverables, and knowledge of annual giving best practice and metrics to guide revenue, participation, and engagement strategies. The successful candidate must be an amiable collaborator able to work independently and prioritize in a quickly changing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 3-5 years fundraising experience in a non-profit healthcare or higher education setting.

• Hands-on experience with donor database software (Raiser’s Edge) preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proactive self-starter with a strong results orientation.

Range: $2,692 - $3,077 per pay period
