The purpose of this position is to enforce environmental, animal and housing codes for the City of Grand Prairie. This is accomplished by patrolling the City for animal violations, conducting inspections of properties; issuing citations and violations notices; supervising personnel; and completing administrative duties. Other duties include providing customer service to the public and other departments.
