ABOUT US

Our state-of-the-art facility features a 15,000-gallon, 85-degree pool, multiple water and land treadmills, private treatment rooms, and a spacious gymnasium. From massage, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and ultrasound to laser therapy, Chinese medicine, boarding, brace castings, cart and harness fittings, and beyond - we do it all. We also have a 501(c)(3) foundation that allows us to rescue and rehabilitate animals in need!

ARE YOU THE ANIMAL REHAB AND VETERINARY ASSISTANT OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Experience providing pet care such as feeding, bathing, toenail trimming, and medication administration
• Animal handling skills and basic restraint skills
• Exceptional patient care, customer service, and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple sources
• Excellent English communication skills, great attitude, and a team spirit
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Love for animals and passion for helping special needs patients

Veterinary experience in a clinic or hospital setting would be strongly preferred. Experience at a doggie daycare or boarding facility would be a plus!

HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

You work 8-hour shifts with some weekend hours as needed. Opening shifts start at 6:00 am, and closing shifts end at 9:00 pm.

Our Animal Rehab and Veterinary Assistant performs rewarding pet care services that leave our special needs patients feeling their best! You work closely with your team to provide exceptional care for dogs of all sizes, including feeding, bathing, grooming, trimming nails, cleaning ears, and delivering medication. As the day goes on, you keep our facility clean by running laundry, reorganizing exam rooms, and cleaning water equipment. You update patient records, help safely restrain pets, and assist with rejuvenating services like acupuncture and physical therapy.
