Job Title: Angular Tech Lead

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (On-site)

Experience Required: 12+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers working with Angular.

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and efficient Angular applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.

Guide the team through Agile processes, ensuring timely delivery of features.

Ensure code quality and best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while ensuring high-performance applications.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for front-end development.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to front-end development.

Required Skills:

Angular (strong expertise required).

Front-end web development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web technologies.

Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control systems.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing technical teams.

Ability to work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications using Angular.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL V3 Expert, ITIL4 MPT, CSM, PSPO, DevOps, SRE, SAFe Agilist certifications.

Experience working with AWS and cloud-based development.

Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
