Job Summary:

• Care Team Model of 3 Anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs covering 5 sites of service.
• Case mix: Bread & Butter, General, Ortho, Spine, Urology, GI. No hearts. No heads. No peds. No OB.
•  Average surgical volume of approx. 4200 annually.
• Work week 40 hours per week. 80/20 Supervision/Doing own cases.
• Call is beeper from home 7 shifts (7p-7a) month. 5 weekday calls and 1 weekend. If Physician decides to take any extra call it will be paid out $1000 per 12 hour beeper shift.
• Will be cross-credentialed with our sister facilities: HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital and HCA Florida Northside Hospital.
• Must be Regional Block proficient to support robust opioid-sparing and ERAS programs. Primarily Supervision but should be comfortable doing own cases.
