Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in finance, pricing, or a commercial agreement related role.
Experience using SQL or other data analytic tools to extract and manipulate data delivered through dashboards.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or relevant advanced degree.
Experience with Google AI tools.
Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and drive operational initiatives.
Ability to leverage analytical skills to build sound business cases.
Ability to influence different levels of a matrixed organization.
Ability to work autonomously and navigate project ambiguity.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

In this role, you will create financial insights that make Google better by unpacking business problems to reveal opportunities, manage risk, and steward scarce resources. Our impact is fueled by a bias to action, a grounding in hard data, courage in advocacy, and willingness to put the team before the individual. Our team applies this mission to the Android Ecosystem and its thousands of partners in coordination with cross-finance and cross-functional teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
