This position focuses on creating reports, insights, and analytics to support the division’s objectives. The role involves generating actionable reports using system reporting tools, providing consultation, and analyzing data to identify trends and influences.
Employee will act as a bridge between the business and data teams, ensuring the delivery of meaningful analytics and insights. This role requires working with internal and external data while maintaining high standards of accuracy and independent problem-solving.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $29.15- $31.15 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Teradata, or similar tools.
- 4+ years of data analysis and reporting experience (or 6+ years without a degree).
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior analysts.
- Experience analyzing internal and external datasets.
- Independent problem-solving and innovation skills.
