Domain verticals connect directly to core stakeholders and operational structures while aligning with internal SMEs and current capacities. We have over 1 million lives across multiple blocks of business and industry-leading analytics to support our organization.
We seek a stakeholder-facing statistical analyst that will be responsible for the extraction, analysis and interpretation of data to support the development and implementation of cost saving initiatives.
Partnering with their Manager and peers to research and investigate current and new utilization trends with meaningful statistical findings and conclusions.
SALARY : The pay range for this position is $25.14/hour ($52,291/year) for those with entry level qualifications up to $42.11/hour ($87,588/year) for those highly experienced. The specific rate will depend up on the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The medical economics analytics developer is primarily responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify areas of opportunity and help guide cost saving initiatives.
+ 50% : Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including electronic health records, and claims data
+ 25% : Provide observations and recommendations based on analysis of patterns within the data to help guide actions from various teams
+ 15% : Conduct detailed analyses and interpret results to inform care management program development and evaluation under the guidance of senior analysts
+ 10% : Stay up to date on the latest research and trends in government healthcare programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines
+ Academic knowledge of statistical techniques including logistic regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, etc.
+ Familiarity with statistical and analytical tools such as R or SAS.
+ Ability to work with complex data of varying levels of quality and validity
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
+ EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience
