The TeamAI & Data is an integrated team of data and AI technologists working across Operate, AI, and Engineering. Using a combination of direct management and hands-on delivery, you will craft solutions for clients, guide and oversee the quality of your team’s deliverables and recommendations, as well as manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships. Managers also contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership, play a significant role in business development activities (to include, the development and presentation of proposals), and own responsibility for the development of junior staff.QualificationsRequired:6+ years consulting experience leading, managing and delivering cloud-based data and analytics technology engagementsend-to-end with resources in multiple locations1+ year’s experience with the following:Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),Oracle Fusion Analytics (FDI/FAW),Oracle Fusion Cloud and BI products & applications, andCloud based data integration strategiesBachelor’s DegreeAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Proficiency with OCI-Data Science, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) strongly preferredExperience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessionsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projectsPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiencesDemonstrated experience with both the sales cycle by participating in framing out client opportunities and the pursuit team creating proposal content for client discussionsDemonstrated experience with management and delivery of strategic engagements for large global organizationAn advanced degree in an area of specializationInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
