Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, attribution, incrementality tests) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients.
- Experience finding compelling insights and building narratives.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategy.
- Knowledge of Google Search, product capabilities and systems, measurement capabilities, marketing mix modeling, incrementality, and SQL.
- Excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external data and use analytics techniques to uncover opportunities, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success of advertising campaigns.
- Develop relationships with marketing analytics counterparts and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
- Advise clients on marketing measurement, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, consumer/behavior trends, data integration, and measurement.
- Collaborate across teams to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
- Act as an industry advocate and analyst to surface key industry trends. Advise clients on marketing/advertising opportunities associated with trends and potential business impact.
