We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Supply Chain Analyst. This is an onsite role located in Irvine, CA, and candidates are required to be based in that area due to the onsite nature of the role.
Role and Responsibilities

Analyzes and develops data-driven pricing strategies for products and recommend improvement action

Collects real-time pricing data from a variety of sources including operations, online sales platforms, direct customer interactions, competitor pricing, and market research

Manages inventory levels by sourcing and acquiring parts, investigating and developing sources of supplies, preparing bid specifications, issuing bid requests and reviewing quotations

Builds a consensus demand plan by working with program management and materials management on future forecast needs

Identifies and maintains direct contact with suppliers, builds and maintains solid relationships with strategic supply chain partners

Maintains ongoing supplier performance data for periodic internal/external review along with initiating corrective actions as needed

Performs data driven analysis of historical data combined with key inputs on future demand to derive demand plans that are updated each month

Create and maintain pricing documents for accounts based on volume, market value, and business opportunities

Monitors supply and demand misalignment with operation sources to implement corrective action plans

May participate in regular supplier performance reviews and development of improvement plans

Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department

May perform other business functions as assigned
Education, Training and Skills
-
Able to report onsite daily to our location in Irvine, CA

Bachelor's degree within relevant field strongly preferred

3 or more years of experience in supply chain analysis, sourcing, or procurement

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel-intra and inter department and company
-
Proficient with MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills and root cause analysis

Must possess proficient communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Medical Device Product knowledge preferred

Hospital Environment Industry Knowledge preferred

NetSuite experience preferred
