Pay From: $35.00 per hour
MUST:

Experienced Records Management Analyst
NARA Certification highly preferred
3 years Experienced reviewing federal paper and electronic records for disposition
Must have knowledge and experience with Disposition of records as it pertains to NARA or ARMA policy schedules
Experienced in Analyze documents and their associated information to determine the appropriate file number and disposition instructions
Experienced in performing quality control review of other RIM team members file number determinations
Provide guidance to management and staff in the planning of records management projects
Implement disposition of records according to agency requirements
Possess working knowledge of records management policies at the federal, department, and agency levels
BS degree preferred
DUTIES:
Performing inventory activity for DoD activity across all federal records, paper and electronic
Identify types of records and align the identification with existing records control schedule
Determine remaining duration of retention period and implement disposition after acceptance of recommendation by records liaison and/or component records management officer
Provide guidance to program staff on file plans, general records management, and migrating to new electronic records management system. Other projects as needed
