Description:

The Analyst, Platform Operations will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations- Platform team. The role will be responsible in supporting the delivery of key marketing data capabilities for audience segmentation and management as well as involvement in other core related activities (e.g. risk and issue identification and resolution, reporting, tools administration etc.) This role will require you to be proactive and a creative problem solver who consistently exercises the initiative required to keep operational processes and projects moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Partner with global marketers, data analysts and engineers to translate lifecycle messaging strategies into clear and succinct requirements that will become workflows and solutions delivered at scale.
Serves as the main conduit between internal lifecycle marketing teams and internal product management teams or technical vendor teams through which requirements flow.
Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts in data engineering and data analytics teams to establish and analyze trade offs between usability and performance needs, as well as relative priority.
Strive to create more and better clarity of understanding among stakeholders, and create documentation with the right level of detail where necessary.
Drive and lead data quality improvement through on-going process enhancement, automation and regular audits.
Document technical requirements with specific focus on data attributes and schemas in the form of technical specifications and/or other knowledge base articles to deliver a scaled capability.
Assist in testing efforts and preparations.
Coordinate work streams to identify dependencies, obstacles and ensure they're addressed, track and communicate progress.
Executes other non-technical special projects, as needed.
Support Marketing Operations initiatives and the team as needed, including supporting weekly sprint ceremonies.
Prepare reports, status updates and documentation of internal processes as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of previous experience in business analysis or product management. Agency product management experience preferred.
Strong sense of curiosity, teamwork and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience figuring out how to learn what they don't know, and working to get the right amount of detail for a task to be completed successfully.
Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement remedies.
An understanding and administration of experimental best practices.
Familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence preferred.
Familiarity with the principles of product management for requirements and user stories.
Understanding of SDLC (Solution Development Lifecycle) with ability to "wear multiple hats.” across roles such as business analyst, project manager, user acceptance tester.
Ability to effectively communicate with both marketing and technical teams.
Superior stakeholder management via a consultative approach.
