Analyst, Producer Administration – Regulatory Compliance

This position is in our Producer Administration Group area, which is part of the Americas Compliance team. It is specifically tasked with ensuring that our Brokers, Agents and Producers are appropriately authorized to transact business in the United States. Additionally, we provide all required license verifications, appointments, and contract management to support AXA XL’s internal organizational business units.
As the Analyst in the Producer Administration team, you will support regulatory compliance guidelines for individual producer and agency licenses, appointments, and conduct any necessary research. The Producer Analyst will support the various business units within AXA XL.
You will play a critical role by being responsible for broker data maintenance, governance and compliance support that includes license verification, appointment processing, appointment renewals, and administering producer agreements. You will also be responsible for database maintenance and governance within various applications. You will utilize your keen communication and analytical/problem solving skills to deal effectively with both internal and external clients, and you will add value by applying your skills and insurance knowledge to larger projects.

What will youressential responsibilities include?
· Validating Insurance license of all Producers writing business on US legal entity paper in all 50 States. Producers are required to have an active license in any state where they do business for all applicable lines of authority.
· Identifying all AXA XL Business Units and Program Business for license validation of each policy insured and premium coding state.
· Verifying the proper license and lines of authority by web navigation through the National Producer Registry or the Department of Insurance website(s) and other resources.
· Appointment processing which includes the submission of company appointments and appointment terminations in the applicable states the Producer will represent by going through the Vendor management system.
· Administering the AXA XL Insurance Producer Agreement for all Agents and Brokers having active business on the financial statements through our data management systems.
· Maintaining current location listings and agreement termination process for Producers without any active business in a given time frame.
· Partner with underwriting business units as it relates to broker onboarding and compliance.
· Managing broker mergers and acquisitions which includes research and due diligence.
· Supporting all producer data management utilizing Salesforce and Utilizing proprietary underwriting systems for broker maintenance of broker codes, correct legal name and address.

· Extremely detailed oriented, well organized, and flexible.

· Proven self-starter
· Keen verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related area, plus one to three years of relevant industry experience such as insurance, compliance or regulatory affairs is preferred.
If not possessing a college degree, a minimum of five years of work experience in database management and governanace within various applications and/or the insurance industry is a plus.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $53,100 –84,000. Actual pay will bedeterminedbased upon the individual’s skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
