Job Description: Rebates and Fees Analyst
Hybrid- must be onsite W & TH, in AH.
About the Role:
This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within ***'s Commercial Services Team ensuring accurate data and compliance for ***. Will be responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance. Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving rebate issues by partnering with internal teams.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide oversight and insightful analysis with rebate settlement.
• Ensure timely rebate payments and customer market share communications.
• Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of rebates within BSC's Revenue Management systems.
• Support and maintain databases to allow ease of reporting on KPIs to all stakeholders.
• Support principal analyst with workload requests.
• Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with four years of work experience, in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another related field.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (with focus on Excel).
• Advanced Excel capabilities (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
